Who are these pools of which you speak? There used to be a football club of that name before it turned into a faceless corporate old boys club. Is there any connection between the two?

Richie is picked by the manager and gives 100% some times its not good enough but Richie is a credit to pools.

I would say he is more of a debit to Pools these days.
