As part of the new agreement between the Tories and Lib Dems they are going to pass legislation immediately stating that a vote of no confidence in the commons against this Government requires a minimum of 55%.
If every single non Tory MP, including the Liberals and the non attending Sinn Fein, were to vote against the Tories they wouldn't get the required number.
Effectively it means that they can stay in until May 2015 unchallenged.
