If you were given the keys to the Vic what would you do?

I'd bring the local pies back.

well pleased for them, no team deserves to have owners like they did

Local pies is a great idea, proper butcher's ones packed with good meat

I'd let the fans swap ends at half time

Good news for Chester. I'd ban goal music.

Yes, heartening news.

But isn't this exactly the sort of thing that people were ridiculed for, after suggesting it might be possible at Pools? Not all that absurd, if Chester is anything to go by?

Bring in Martin Knowells pies would be a first. Then employ some staff who have an bit of common sence to pull the pints at half time. Went to H'angus Hangout at half time on Saturday and was stood in the line for about 10minutes trying to get a drink why dont they just pour 20pints about 5 minutes before the half-time whistle?

I would take the seat's out of the Rink End and give it back to the home fans...

Make every home game all ticket for away fans (to see the numbers travelling) & stick them in the little terrace section where the Cleveland pork stand between the Mill House & the Rink End.

Only when it suits us ie...When those big clubs who CT is scared of come to town............. let them have the full Town End and charge them £30 a ticket, would probably happen 3-4 times a season tops, As most would struggle to fill the little corner...

This giving us a better advantage kicking towards our own fans both halves for the majority of the home games, and coining it in when the so called big teams come to town.

Simples

Apart from the ground would look like Darlo's with more space for the 4,000 to stread out

No which is sad and Ken / IOR would never do this as we would need 8,000 just to get the same money in as the 4,000 at present.

Say we averaged £15 a head for the 3000 Pools fans this season then that would be £45k per game.

Under my stewardship I'd want to get all 6700 home fan places filled. I'd charge £12 per adult and £1 for kids hoping to get 5000 adults and 1700 kids (under 16). Therefore £12 x 5000 = £60k + £1.7k = £61.7k per game. Then add all the beer and chip sales. clappp

I know I'm a poor deluded fool stpid but won't it be great to have a full ground now and build the beer drinking, chip eating fans of the future.
