Looks like they don't trust Bonser.

At a guess from the few posts I read Bonser is chairman, he bought the freehold to the ground, the club pay him a healthy fee per year to use the ground despite his apparent 'love' of the club he seems to be set up with a cushy retirement.

The last post I read said that they don't want him out just the ground owned by the club again.

It is cases like this one that fucks up small clubs and has lead to the council playing hardball with IOR over the Vic. Another reminder to the IOR haters that we seem to be very well set up with the owners as they are. Then the cynic in me wonders if HUFC becomes a more attractive prospect to investors if the club and ground are a package, I seriously doubt this though especially as the increase in value is unlikely to match the investment in the club to date.
