bloke is laid in hospital with an oxygen mask on
he shouts out to the nurse"are my testicles all black"
the nurse lifts up his gown feels his balls
and says"no they look alright to me"
he takes off the oxygen mask and says very slowly
"nurse that was very nice but listen to me carefully,are my test results back"
