NEVER understood any of this 'social networking' cobblers sctatchinghead

Someone I know posts his every fookin bowel movement on one site. Faecesbook I think it is. He also blabbed off the other week how chuffed he was to be having a week away from the gunts at work. He was promptly called in to see his boss upon his return to work

Why would anyone wish to live their lives on these sites, mostly lying through their teeth about their own sorry lifestyles? sctatchinghead

I've only recently signed up to Facebook, my 'friends' are mainly relatives or Poolies (some are both!). The main benefit is that it reminds me I should get through more often and see and speak to people for real, rather than virtually.

I never mention my bowel movements. bbolt

I've got 150 odd friends on Facebook. I don't think I even know 150 people let alone be friends with them.

You do appreciate the irony of knocking social networking sites on errrm an internet forum site where people post stuff about things other than footy.....

For the record though I concur, twitter and facebook.....load of old bollocks

Facebook is clearly quite good given that 99% of the fooking world use it!

Yes there are knobheads that update theirs every fifteen minutes but otherwise it can be quite a good laugh and good to have a nose at photos if you've been out with said person the weekend before.

Maybe less than that Mr Tax as 25% of the world live here and it's blocked. Mind, there is QQ and that's much the same. I can't even read most of what comes in there.

Looks pretty though.

I hope you've got some normal friends too Mr I, rather than just odd ones.
