People say some of our fans are ungrateful when we criticise bad performances well Wigan fans are surely worse. They booed their lot off after last nights draw with Pompey. 15 years ago they were down the bottom end of the 4th tier. :coool:

They can't have been down the bottom of the 4th tier. Just ask Turner. It's impossible to get from the bottom to the Premier. Same as it's not possible to gain back to back promotions but Peterborough managed it in 2007/08 and 2008/09.

Do we expect to much from the club some times.

wigan v pompey

possibly the most boring game ever.

That type of game match of the day would put on last and show about a minute of it.

Some of our fans are asking the impossible.

So a team managed back to back promotions with a soft get to pay for it, doesnt mean it should be available just because you want it! Peterborough - who the eff are they and who gives a shi'ite if they did it?

I think this Turner bashing has gone too far - he may not be the best manager in the world, but if he was, would he be at Pools. He seems to put his effort and affection into the club, much like we all do.
Picking players coz they are his mates - bollox
All the conspiracy theories - bollox
We want players who give their all every match and hope for skill yet you get that from the manager and people whinge about it.

Look at the clubs turnover, look at how much Turner has spent practically eff all, Yes its true - look at the big (or rich) clubs we are playing against. capitulation in a game of football does not come from the managers press waffle it comes from the players skill and effort, if we stay in this division at the end of the season I'll be content, I'd rather we were in the play offs again but division 4 no thanks.
Ken gives us 10 points against 1 or 3 teams each year by not going broke.
Not winning the league is not necessarily lack of ambition it may just be not achieving winning the league.

Does not buying a season ticket because of Turner make you a GLORY HUNTER. I reckon it might.

Heres to the success of staying in the highest league we've ever been in for the longest time.

Agreed. The owners have barely back him at all letting him bring in 20 players in his first 12 months in charge.
