Reading between the lines there, he is saying that Turner is in the job for the foreseeable future. Changing manager would be a major change. Everyone should be supporting Turner.

So I think your being paranoid Tony in that your thinking cracks are appearing and Hodcroft and IOR are on the way out.

It was directed at Harry Kirk who thinks IOR are the devil, I was just pointing out to him that under IOR we have come so far and have financial stability.

This looks like a classic statement from a businessman who has no contact with the paying public. It highlights that IOR are used to operating in face to face negotiations with oil and gas companies but not with customer groups. Reminds me a bit of the Charles Crapner faux pas. It might be factually correct and straight talking but its not what the fans want to hear. The football club operates in the entertainment sector - not the oil and gas sector. Sir Ken has got to start and win fans back and it doesn't sound like he's ready for that yet.
