Just been up seaton and was watching people riding their horses and shitting all over the beach. If this was people with dogs there'd be hell on.

Should horse riders be made to clean up too? sctatchinghead I think so

And cat owners do, all over peoples gardens. I hate cats with a passion but somehow their owners seem to get of with picking there crap up.

I had my little un out bike riding today along the stretch of walkway from Newburn Bridge to the marina & it was dodge the dogshite everywhere.
Id like to see the dogshite fine up to £200 with a lifetime ban on keeping a dog if you offend twice.

What I'd like to know is, if you're out with your dog and you knock one out (caught short that is ) does your dog have to clean it up?
