That whilst travelling back from Wycombe after our promotion, a bus load of us sang

" Darlo we'll never play you again" on Jeff Winter's radio show.

On Saturday Pools return to Wycombe on the day Darlo could be relegated.

What comes around as they say, as Darlo could fall into non league football, we're were we won promotion. Maybe they should never have sang "we'll never play you again" at us.

I used to despise the loids with a passion but I cant help but feel a bit sorry for them right now. It doesnt make my day when I think of them getting relegated, I always thought it would.

Bizarre :uhoh:

Pools have a 100% record at Adams Park - let's hope that remains the case after Saturday

As I've said before, if we win on Saturday, that could be one heck of a party after the game!!

I'm a little pissed off I can't go to Wycombe this year, I enjoyed the day out when we won promotion down there but have to attend a mates wedding. Blokes that have no interest in football should be shot.

My Niece was married a couple of months ago, as soon as she announced the date, and I checked the fixture list, I told her I would be missing the ceremony. But we did make it along to the reception once we had seen us lose to Huddersfield. sadx

My cousin got married to an American girl on FA Cup Final 2001 when Liverpool beat Arsenal at the first Cardiff Cup final.

I kept joking at the time "Didn't anybody tell her how special the FA Cup final day is to the English?"

If it was a home game and I could make it along later then no way I would miss the game, but its not that easy telling someone that you have been mates with for 25 years that you can't attend because of football.

Funny that SWMBO would prefer the footy to the wedding as well and women usually like stuff like that.
