Walked to Tesco, over half way round, trolley F****** half full, got text so went in pocket for phone and then realised I'd forgot my wallet.

Walked home and now have to go back.

went out to Seaton to exercise the dog, then I realised I had forgot to take the dog
I had to throw the ball for myself and run after it
