2008/09 season you take over after 20 games we have 26 points (sit 13th)you win 24 points in 26 games, just avoid relegation.

2009/10 season, we have 39 points from 38 games.

You saved us from relegation that's it.... you don't have a promotion on your CV, you have 2 relegations.

Been talking and that quote came up. Got my back up again mate.

Still can't forgive the bloke and the team for the way we meekly surrendered in the J.P Trophy and F.A. Cup this season to lower league opposition.

This without so much as a wimper to a team who currently lie in 23rd position in league 2, with only 5 wins to their name this season, and whose biggest away win of the season in league or cup was at the Vic.

The other team 2 leagues below us, who have'nt a win in their last 5 games, and lost 3-0 at home to Rushden last night.

The best quip, I recall, Corporal Clott could come up with (post match) was "the players are hurting in there", well not as much as my f-in ears were at work the next day...... you clown.
