It seems pretty certain that Chris Turner will be in charge for the remainder of the season so like it or not we have no option to accept that fact.

That being the case we have a choice; keep on whinging or create an positive atmosphere in the ground. This tends to lift the home side and subdue the opposition. If we do the latter we've got a chance of staying up. The alternative creates tension and thus ensures more elementary mistakes from the Pools players.

Much as it pains me to say it, I'm going to make an effort to attend some games between now and the end of the season. I'm not enamoured with the management or playing staff but I'd prefer a new manager to start in League 1 that back in the division of death.

Much as we've complained, me as much as anyone, we all have a choice to make and its not about Chris Turner, Ritchie Humphreys or anyone else currently at the club. We need to decide whether we are individually prepared to offer Hartlepool United as an entity, that little bit of positive energy that might help us stay up.

Each time I attend a game I go with a positive attitude home or away and am behind the team. I vent my frustrations and do my moaning on here, not in front of the players.
I will continue to do that, Turner or no Turner.
When our fate ( whatever it may be) is sealed, I will then reassess my position. Until then I am behind the team. It is the only option left to us.

I would like to say to Parmo and Mutley and any other true blue Poolie..........you are neded now more than ever. I know your feelings and completely understand them but I would plead with you to put your differences with the club/management to one side and join your fellow diehards for one last shove.

Then we'll deal with Mr Turner.

How about it boys.

If there is a squad going down for this why don't we get a minibus and get drunk and disorderly there and back.

I'd love to drive bud sadly my drivers licence doesn't cover me to drive minibuses seeing as I only got it a few years ago (or something like that). I'd be more than happy for someone else to though.

If my use of the BBC Predictor is correct, despite losing 2-1 to Walsall, we will be 6 points clear with 2 games to go, so it will be party time at 4:50(ish) on 24th April.
