If you read this message board - the time has come for you to hand the reins over to someone who can get the team playing as one- Bristol City have just replaced their manager - give him a ring and see if he will come and do a job for us that seems a little beyond you

"Hello is that Gary Johnson?"

"Hi Gary ,this is Chris Turner from Hartlepool United, the thing is I'm a really shit manager do you want my job? Honestly I really am cack"

If Carlsberg did phone calls......

The thing is I'm as likely to shag Cheryl Cole this weekend as this is to ever happen.

I'm sure if you went up to Whitley Bay, or wherever it is she comes from, and ask her you would have a chance.

Good time to take over IMO, you wouldn't get sacked even if you lost every game between now and then so you'd still be in a job in 6 months time. Take over in January and you could be sacked by Christmas.
