Don't forget to put your clocks one hour FORWARD ready so that 01.00 tomorrow morning GMT becomes 02.00 BST.

Thank God the long nights have drawn to a close - summer is fast approaching.

Does that mean I have to set my alarm for 1am or 2am if I want to get up and reset the clock? I'm worried because if I set it for 2am I will get up and turn it back to 1am. That would mean I was getting woken up twice.

Yeah, it's for Continental Europe as well.

Latvia's clocks will go forward one hour at 02:00 CET tomorrow to become 03:00 Latvian Summer Time.

You can do what I will probably do tonight before I go to bed: put the clocks forward so that when you wake up tomorrow morning, you'll be on the right time.

What about the Headland?

Do they move their clocks forward from 1973?

Half the fun is to forget all about the clocks going back and forth...then you can confuse everyone by turning up at the wrong time on Monday.
