But I've reached the stage of knowing just what Turner is going to say after an away defeat.

I'm sick of schoolboy defending.

I've had about all I can take from a manager who simply is not up to the job.

Monkhouse up front , 3 forwards on the bench, 3-2 down with the added time board shown, and a like for like(if you can even call it that) substitution of a forward for a forward. DOH, we losing and we give Mackay, yes, F*****G Mackay 2 minutes on the pitch with Boyd and Bjornnson on the bench. What is the point Mr Turner please explain.

Mackay couldn't hit a cows a*** with a banjo at least if you had took a defender off you could say you were going for it. But Why Mackay a player who until last night had had all of ZERO minutes on the pitch in a Pools shirt all season. A player who had scored all of 2 goals in something like a dozen games for Gateshead in the bloody conference and you give him 2 minutes to score against a so called "big club" totally illogical to say the least.

You are becoming a hate figure to a lot of fans, is that how you want to be remembered. Because that's where your heading.

Where's the improvement from last season you promised the fans??

Where's the better results from January and February you said would come ?

Where's the decisions to change a game ?

I and another 194 fans paid good money yet again last night, to be let down yet again. 10 defeats in the last 11 away games. Would you say that's an improvement on anything ?

Remember IOR's rule 3 DON'T GET RELEGATED.

This is your team now you can't blame a previous manager.

Get it sorted or get gone.

Do the honourable thing. Before more fans turn against you, you don't have many left.

Its seems wrong that you end up hating someone but its ended up happening with Turner. When he first arrived during his first stint I thought he was a breath of fresh air. Now I hate him. Unfortunately incompetent people always blame others and Turner is one of them. Even if he admitted making plenty of mistakes then I think I and many others would feel more for the bloke but its the constant denial and blame of others which has largely escalated the dislike of him.

If he was to put a quote in the mail tommorrow stating to the effect of "Im doubting my ability to be a football manager and think it was a mistake to take on this role. I feel it would be in the interests of the club and the fans to step back upstairs and do my other duties which I feel better at" ....

that would make me see him so differently and I would probably not complain too much about him going 'back upstairs'. Unfortunately the longer this debacle goes on the more the bridges get burnt.

I think that makes sense.

didn't he say something along the lines of we should be grateful for what he did here when he first came to the club? i.e. taking the credit for that?
But he refuses to take blame when it goes wrong?
He can't have it both ways

I don't hate him. Playing devils advocate is it simply those who say they do actually LOVE Pools more and are maybe using the wrong word.

The fact is in about 15 months in charge and 15 new players we are actually worse off than at the same stage last season.

I think he is a decent bloke as well. He is always willing to talk to fans, and has no edge at all to him.
The problem is he, totally unintentionally I think, is alienating himself to the fans and that is turning into hate, as we all knew it would.
He is simply not up to the task of managing a league one team, his appalling record is proof of that.
Unfortunately that usually turns to hate amongst sections of fans.
Ritchie Humphreys is fast approaching the same status.
It is sad really but I would prefer that both of them are remembered with fondness.
Diehard supporters are now threatening not to renew season tickets, whilst other diehards have already abandoned the club.
The away support is also diminishing which is sometimes the only chance some exiles get to see their favourites.
This is not whingeing, this is serious.
Something has to be done, and quick.

Once people lose the habit and all that..................
