Still dont get why the lad never gets a look in, it must be great for his confidence when a left winger starts up front ahead of you. I think hes got a decent goal return 3 in 7 aint to bad, yet he still gets overlooked time and time again. Give the lad a bloody chance man Turner, you signed him so why not try him a bit more. What a joke that mackay came on last night, thats scandalous, he's every bit as bad as the garbage we had in the mid 90s, ie paul thompson and scott sloan! I already thought turner was losing it but that was just shameful putting him on. As for Hartley, he is making a mistake every game and costing us but i guarentee he will be starting at left back as per usual on saturday, his confidence must be at zero and he needs taken out of the side for now. Get austin at left back for the love of god!!!!!!! Turner out!

So your saying If a player is low on confidence play him as in Bjornsson, yet Hartley should be dropped cos his confidence must be low. sctatchinghead

Well Bjornssons confidence would be lifted by getting some playing time wouldnt it! Hartley on the other hand must be low on confidence as he is costing us a goal most games and needs to be taken out of the firing line for a while. It cant be good for Bjornsson sat on the bench but im sure he'd be given a boost if he just had a chance! Get what i mean

Why would Bjornssons confidence be low after 4 goals in his last 7 games? He also took two nicely finished chances he got in the reserves when I saw him last month.

With Bjornsson his motivation not confidence may be taking a knock, the bloke obviously has ability but can't seem to get a look in, then again when Mackay is preferred to Boyd it says a lot about the man management at the club.

Hartley seems undropable and either needs a run at centre half or a spell on the bench, he looks a tough player with lots of potential but lacks passing ability and quite a lot of concentration especially at home.

Well his confidence will be low bacause he will be thinking ive scored 3 in 7 and done quite well bar the MK Dongs game, where to be fair everyone was woeful, yet its still not enough to get a look in. He never even gets 20 mins at the end of a game, id love to know Turners reasons to why he never gets a look in,i bet hes on decent money too!

The most frustrating thing about Bjornsson is that he's been left on the bench at times when we've needed a target man. I've seen a few games recently where we've been lumping it to Boyd/Brown/Larkin who win feck all in the air. And you have a giant on the bench.

Bjornsson has looked tidy at times but he clearly lacks a bit of desire and aggression. He's not the worst player in the World I have a feeling he's too nice a bloke. He really needs to become a bit more of an angry bastard.

He's another easy target for Turner though who only has to be poor for half an hour before he's hooked. I like Peter Hartley he's as honest as the days long but he really, really needs to be taken out the firing line at the moment before it does long term damage to his confidence.
