they got a lot of good strikers there already, bentner, mcsheffrey and campbell. mcsheffrey will have played with vine while he was on loan to luton.

I cant see him(Vine) getting a game at Birmingham, he will end up stuck in the reserves.

He will be climbing the walls after a couple of months!

Campbell is only 25 though, it is the little lad they got from Brentford. They also have Jerome who they signed from Cardiff at the beginning of the season, you also missed out Mikael Forssel Mr Beef

But maybe not for us!!!. Extract from Football-Rumours.com

"Luton have failed in a bid to take Aliadiere on loan from Arsenal. Wenger told Luton that Aliadiere is still in his plans at the Emirates. It is however unlikely that Aliadiere would ever of considered Luton anyway. Luton have bid for Luke Varney of Crewe and Anthony Sweeney of Hartlepool. Luton will look to sign a defender as well with Andy Frampton of Brentford top of Mike Newells list."

Controversial as ever...

Luton boss Mike Newell (after his team were not awarded a free-kick when David Bell went to ground - and WBA went on to score):
"We are going soft. We have gone soft because of all the foreigners that have come over here. As soon as they are touched they go to ground. I will never have any of my players feigning injury. We will continue to play the football that we are capable of and hopefully results will start to turn for us."

It was from Boyd's low cross that Feeney scored the second Luton goal by the way.
