Was reading about them loosing 9 point today and it said in the article "Portsmouth have also been told they will not be able to compete in Europe next season, even if they win the FA Cup, having beaten Birmingham to make the last four."

Why not? I am puzzled to think why they are not allowed, I mean if Pools got to the final and played someone like Man U, who already qualified for Europe, then Pools should go into the compertition. Didnt Millwall do this a few years back?

I wonder who would qualify for Europe if Chelsea get through to the final having already qualified for the Champions League and play Portsmouth who have been told they can't qualify for Europe. But then again I really don't care.

The state of their accounts, they probably wouldn't show them to George Reynolds never mind UEFA.

Quite appropriate seeing as how that tends to be scousers favourite method of entry.
