Don't know if my ears that aren't working well tonight, or my PC speakers are sh*te, or it's a poor recording, but that just sounds like a bad noise to me, and I certainly didn't hear any 'Joe Cocker' early or otherwise.

It's recorded off someone's phone....Brian Eno had nothing to do with the Recording!!!! :evil:
