I've watched a fair bit of it, and not once have I seen the clip of that bobsleigh lass who bends over too far and splits her trousers.

I also wonder what happened after she split them - did she still compete in the event? I imagine that she'd get frostbitten cheeks if she did.

Just think, you've travelled thousands of miles to maybe realise the dream that you've had since you were a child of competing in the Olympic Games, say, and if you're not careful, you'll get remembered not just because you happen to be a good athlete, but actually because you bared your bum on global television.

It's like there was a clip on the BBC website of one of our men's curlers falling over on the ice.
If he's not careful, if we don't win a medal at the men's curling, he'll forever be remembered by some people as that person who fell over.
