especially when replacing roundabouts with traffic lights proved so succesful at park road/stockton street didnt it

Precisely, replacing roundabouts with traffic lights only achieves one thing, even slower traffic.

we know that but somebody in the traffic department needs a foreign holiday and what better than to come up with a scheme costing £700000 thats one hell of a backhander for someone allegedely
