aye, and another thing..what happened to the parmo that must have been in the kitchen last Saturday? I found the box the next morning with a few parmo crumbs in it, but no sign of the parmo.
I had been drinking heavily so I don't recall what happened to it.

One of my lads left the remains of a Parmo, ordered from our local Italiano Takeaway in the Park (John Whitehead-Billingham) last week. So in a spirit of adventure, having only ever eaten one before, it was disgusting as far as I can remember, I ate his leftovers. My impression was of the most bland and tasteless thing I had ever eaten. Have I just been unlucky, or is the Parmo the most overrated food ever?

I have never actually partaken of a parmo, as they are only made in God's Little Acre and a bit of Teeside, and they don't do vegetarian ones.

However, having had a gleg at the waistlines and complexions of those who regularly scoff the little brutes, I think my natural exclusion from that pleasure is a blessing and I shall stick with stuffed eggplant, egg rice and sauteed chinese leaves which are my current favourites!!

I could fu cking murder a sausage roll and a Mars Bar though.....................
