So the Legg enquiry states that the system was "deeply flawed" ....tell us something we didn't know.

MP's ordered to return over £1 million in overpaid expenses, get in we the tax payer get £1 million back back.

Cost of Legg inquiry approx £1:5 Million, so we don't get our money back, it costs us nearly half a million pound.

What is it they say.......................F****** PRICELESS

I've just seen this figure for my local MP - Paul Clark, Labour, (Gillingham) - £11, 915.30 to pay back.

Yet, just up the road - Bob Marshall-Andrews, Labour, (Medway) - £231.00 and Jonathan Shaw, Labour, (Chatham and Aylesford) - NIL!

Our MP here in a very safe Tory area, Alan Haselhurst - £14,574.82 for cleaning and gardening.

What I like best is the odd pence tacked onto the end of the sums being discussed.
As if we might suspect someone who'd spent nearly 15,000 quid on gardening, but it must be authentic, mustn't it, if it's an unrounded number. I mean, no-one would bother to do that......

Well worth the money, to reveal just what some of them are like. If we applied the logic of cost, we'd never have trials for anyone, the jails would be empty, because it's not economically logical. never took you for a capitalist.
