'Passchendaele'....The Film!!!!

Excellent.
I saw it about six months ago and very enthralling.
If you like 1st world war films watch Paths of Glory.
It stars Kirk Douglas and its about 3 deserters during the 1st world war.
Another brilliant film.

I watched 'Passchendaele' tonight....the battle scenes were quite good....err....well err....that's about it!!!! confised

I enjoyed it.
Watch Paths of Glory.
Its brilliant.

Paths of Glory is indeed an excellent film, especially the very end scene where they all go for a drink, the looks on their faces say it all.

Passchendale is a watchable flick and quite good in parts but not a real classic.

This is the one to watch out for ...

The Pacific, a HBO production made by the Band of Brothers crew.
