Jones is not a winger and was played out position and is the fall guy.

The two centre midfielders who got overrun stay in the team sctatchinghead

The last time Jones played in his correct position he scored and we won sctatchinghead

If I was him I'd ask to leave and be incredibly frustrated that people play before me no matter what.
