Part that may be correct , but I don't believe in going backwards, so be some up and coming young manager who has done well at previous club.

Always baffled me that. I fit was me I'd want it kept quiet. Concurring fully. And take over at St Mirren, and send him out on loan to Pools against his wishes and sit him in the reserves for eternity.
