i would say the main difference between them and us today, other than positional sense, ability, quality of posession, defending, midfielding (even a word?), attacking was their pace, they had easter and puncheon who have afterburners! how many in our team have general pace! any ball over the top and were buggard, any ball in behind their defence and its just an out ball, we have no attacking threat from it, boyd is hardly gunna threaten is he!

Hard to blame the lad.
They won't have an easier game all season.
