He has to be the most clueless and tacticaly unaware manager ever. He simply has no clue what team to pick, what tactics to use or how to change a game. None whatsoever. Not once did he show any emotion, just stood there like a pint of milk and did fuck all to encourage the players or change anything. The usual shit substitutions and if he seriously thinks Humphreys (who gave probabaly the worst performance iv ever seen) gives us more than Jones then your even more clueless than I suspect.

That was an utter utter disgrace to this Football Club. As was Flinders "performance". Another one we have coached any ability out of? Or was Chips mate right all along? No positional sense whatsoever, cant judge when to come for the ball and couldnt save a 1on1 if the goal was 1ft wide. Yet again a keeper at the club who fails to make a save. Maybe a bit harsh naming 2 but the rest (bar maybe Austin, Monky and Gamble) were utter shite too.

Hodcroft do us all a favour, get rid of the bum chum, dont put him back upstairs and get someoen fresh into this club as its exactly what it needs. Not some loser in charge infecting all our players with his negativity.
