I've just been talking to someone 27 years my junior and I mentioned going to the shops for my mam (in the fifties) and taking my 'booler'.
This person laughed and said "Whats a 'booler'"

Does anybody else out there know what a 'booler' is, or did anyone else have one.

Nah, Baz Booler is a British guitarist and producer most known for his work founding the new wave rockabilly group The Polecats and later for his work as a co-writer, guitarist and musical director with Morrissey.
