Am I correct in thinking that we played in a totally different strip yesterday. All black with white pinstripe hoops.

Is this the new away kit for next season?

Looked nothing like a Loids kit. More like the black one we had a few years back bit with very thin white stripes on. Nice strip.

How come we wear a new strip for the first time on Boxing Day, yet no word leading up and a lost revenue stream of sales for Christmas presents??

Looked like a smart shirt anyway so look forward to buying one....however given that we lost in it at the first time of wearing, the players won't want to wear it again!!!!

Has there been any announcement on the official site about the new strip?

I asked in the club shop in early December and was told "there will be a new strip announced in the new year, watch the official site"!

Only pools could play in a new strip without announcing it before hand... and then make no mention of it after either!!!

We only used to have 2 kits up until about 2004ish, then when we played oldham away neither the blue and white home kit or the dark blue away kit could be worn so the club rushed out a temporary red kit just for the day, it went down so well they brought it out, hey presto we have a 3rd kit, ever since we've had one.

Waste of money, we dont need 3 kits.

Isn't the "third kit" normally the following season's "second kit"?

If so, then what's the problem?

You'd moan about owt you lot.
