I've got a document stuck in my print queue but it has no content. It's called Serial number job but it's properties tell me '0 bytes.'

It won't delete, just goes to 'deleting-printing.' I've deleted and re-installed the printer and the bugger is still there. Of course it blocks the print queue and I can't print anything.

I've tried 'stop print spool' in cmd and then restarting it but the bugger just re-appears

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
