have'nt been in but according to the mail and bbc it will sell real ale,cider,wine and soft drinks

Went in on the opening day lunchtime and was filmed drinking a pint by Tyne Tees news. Unfortunately they weren't paying but the beer was spot on. Well worth a visit.

"micro pub" does that mean its just a little pub and were is it in the station were the tuck shop used to be

Very small. Seats maybe 10 at a push.

I think the room was last used as a small shop. Its to the right of the station entrance and to left of Trainstop caff.
