Slice Taties and boil to soften!!!! :coool:

Sliced Onion and Bacon in another pan and boil to soften the onions!!!! :coool:

Sliced Cornbeef in the bottom of a tray then add the Onion and Bacon evenly on the top of the Cornbeef!!!! :coool:

Use the water off the Onions and bacon to make a gravy....just add Granules!!!! :coool:

Add some Gravy to cover the Cornbeef and Bacon and Onions!!!! :coool:

Then layer the Taties allover the above and then add more Gravy but don't completely cover the Taties!!!! :coool:

Pop it in the oven for 45/50 mins....serve with the rest of the Gravy and Yorkshire Puddings!!!! :coool: :coool:

Piece of Piss and 100's times better than just shotting it all in a pan on the hob!!!!

BTW....making the Gravy with the Water from the Onion and Bacon is cushty....I could drink it by itself....which I usually do while waiting for the Panakalty to cook....and I always burn my tongue!!!! banghead

Roast belly pork (from the farmers market, especially lush) with roast potatoes, sprouts and Yorkshire puddings tonight.

Oh it will be, a little bit of garlic salt on the crackling to help it crisp up and rosemary and cider in the gravy. Can't wait.
