I actually asked Turner if he had looked at him in one of those ask CT question things on the official site back in august when we missed out on Healy. From what ive read hes meant to be a cracking player and got in the Republic squad a few times a couple year back! We are desperate for another good midfielder!

Joe has been one of our outstanding players for several years. Has had an injury problem for the last six months, I think he had an op a couple of months ago on his knee and didnt play for us since. Very well liked by the fans, can be a bit of a hot head and will get sent off at least twice a year. When he and Healy were in our midfield many thought that Joe was the better of the two. With all thats going on here at Cork, the majority of fans would wish him well and hope he does well for ye.
