I don't think he'd take a step down.

I don't even think he was doing too bad at qpr, they go through managers like i do birds.

Magilton has done pretty shite at Ipswich and now isn't pulling any trees up at QPR even though he's had big budgets. I'm sure if he was doing a good job this type of incident is kept in-house and never comes to light when he isn't he's out on his ear in the style of Martin Scott.
