One of two methods;

1) He's painted his old fella orange and put some grass in the 'Jap Eye' thus resembling a carrot.

2) Sugar Cube in the foreskin.

Actually this could be the most plausible suggestion yet...

There's a lot of it about. Are the horses in the North East are more attractive than else where. Althought to be fair he'd had a drink and everyones fallen into that trap at on time or the other.
