Im not going to comment on individual performances or the game in general, but would like the following questions answered.

1. If Jones was fit enough to be on the bench and play (although only 23 minutes) why did you not feel he could start. As a sub he may have been needed well before he was introduced and in fact could have played 60-80 minutes if we had suffered an early injury.

2. Why did you feel it necessary to play players out of position. A left winger on the right and a player who could have played right side on the left. Round pegs/ square holes come to mind.

3. Why when you substituted the forwards did you bring on an "inexperienced "player when you had an international forward on the bench. A player when you signed him you said would give us extra options. As the game went on yesterday different options were needed, in my opinion.

4. Why when you brought Jones on did you, once again play a player out of position ? A centre midfielder on the wing, when once again you actually had a winger on the bench, and you would only have been doing what you had from the start, a left winger on the right. surely a winger on the wrong side is better than a centre midfielder there.

5. Why so many round pegs in square holes in one game when you stated at the start of the season we had cover in every position ?

As i said I'm not commenting on individual performances or the team performance, other's have done that on other threads, but what i believe is that we lost yesterday to some poor management decisions, and normally I will say that once the player's cross the line to play then the manager cant be blamed.

Yesterday the blame for the defeat lies solely with the management, their is no hiding from that fact , it was your team, your decisions, your fault that Pools are no longer in the FA Cup.

And so do I for a lot more years than he has.

But at times people need to stand up and admit they got it wrong.

Yesterday Turner, in my opinion, got it wrong. Lets remember as well, although I didnt believe he was the right man for the job, I have defended him against others both on message boards and face to face with people.

I cant in my heart, or head for that matter, defend what he did yesterday, team wise.

Wilson would have been slated on numerous topics on this board, and other Pools boards, if he had played as many players out of position yesterday, and technically it was only 2, until Jones was introduced, As I said Im not getting into discussing the players performances, this defeat rests solely on poor, no abysmal managerial decisions.
