Now I have no time for Premiership teams......................... but at the moment they are innocent pending the appeal. If Cas uphold the ban imposed by FIFA then it will just start 1 transfer window late and finish 1 late.

The decision to lift the transfer ban was always going to be in Chelsea's favour, pending the appeal, anyone who thought different is actually on another planet.
