Been thinking for quite awhile now about becoming alcohol free and today is the start no more alcohol ever wish me luck.

I feel rough as a dog today after last night mr mouldy so i'm joining you there, no more alcahol ever again...

I tried it for a month a few years ago and lost a stone. Keep thinking that to prolong my life I should also give up alcohol, but I keep resisting. If you do give up it won't necessarily lengthen your life, it will just feel longer.

I only ever drink to get drunk, i guess it's a young person thing, binge drinking and all that, just go hell for leather once a weekend, dont drink in the house really.

is that worse for your body then just drinking small amounts now n again?

I take advantage of cheap supermarket cider far too much. Blackthorn is currently £2.05 for 2 litres, and I don't actually keep count of how much of it I drink. Probably far more than is good for me.
