Do you think Steve Staunton will be able to change Darlington's fortunes around, bearing in mind he can still bring in his own players in January?
Mattie, Darlington

Can he sort Darlington out? Yes.

Staunton happy with Quakers role

They have got a new chairman and I think Steve will be allowed to be proactive in the transfer market when the window opens. We are not talking £40m here but he must have been promised some funds when he took the job.

Does he know nothing?
Staunton will be getting jack all, they're skint the fooking idiot.

Who else opened this thread in hope that Claridge had been in involved in a fatal freak boating accident?

It serves me right for building my hopes up.

Not quite, I hoped it would be a story about how his house collapsed on top of him.

Steve Claridge knows as much about football as Stan Collymore does. They might have been involved in the game for a long time and think they know what they are talking about but they both talk drivel. They don't know any more than most people on the terraces do.

I also hoped you and TWH were in said house and POK was the leader of the rescue team who found you....
