Last weekend the Missus & kids went to McDonalds & my daughter, head in the clouds as ever, left her DS in there.
We went to McDonalds & they said there hasnt been one handed in,next stop is the cop shop but Im not optimistic that theyve had it handed in.
Tomorrow I'll ring the mail & ask if they can put an appeal in to see if anyones found it.
In the meantime I got a 10 year old in tears so if anyone knows or hears of anyone who found a Nintendo DS last wee (Pink with a light blue rubber/silicone cover on it) can you gimme a shout.

Cheers

There is just no honesty and goodwill around anymore. I remember as kid finding one of those bank bags with some coins and a couple of fivers in it. I went with my mum to the police station to hand it in.

Whoever took the ds lite will probably flog it to one of the game shops in the town. Chunts

Never thought about selling it on,I just assumed someones picked it up & kept it.
Hopefully if the mail do a piece for me either someone will feel guilty & own up or someone else will grass em up.

I found a credit card and took it to the police station in Boro, the WPC behind the counter sneered and said " I can't believe you brought that in" when I asked why,
she said " that signature is dead easy to forge".

It had a lasting impression on a young lad coz next time I found 1, I went on a spending spree in Boro, Newcastle then York.

I hope your young'un gets it back.

I must be the luckiest person ever when it comes to losing things - I have lost a wallet twice and got it back both times with notes still in it. Also lost a mobile phone which i phoned and was then able to get back. This al happened in the last 3 years so there are still loads of decent people about - hope you find your nintendo somehow....
