Concur.

I was amazed when he got sent off, even though it was right in front of us I couldn't see owt wrong with it. One of the lads reckoned he might have had both feet off the floor, and although I've not seen it on telly I don't reckon it should've been a sending off in a million years even if both feet were half an inch from the grass.

I don't think it was for the foul it was for his reaction when he confronted the referee

Yeah, I saw that and thought it was only a yellow card at least, but a STRAIGHT red...

It was a deserved red card - he went in with both feet (whether he makes contact or not doesn't matter), so it's dangerous play.

you seriously believe that? I am not even convinced it was a foul. its a non constant sport now make no mistake.

I haven't seen it yet, but sending off or not it didn't change the course of the game, in fact if he hadn't of gone there's a good chance they'd have got the equaliser I thought their overall performance deserved.
