Flags of nations: Mill House Stand

I've just watched the BBC highlights from last nights and saw several flags just above the Mill House Terrace.

Anyone know what them "flags" are all about?

One of them (flags) is the Kilkenny and Carlow official Hartlepool United Supporters Club and so I don't feel left out
