To be honest id really love him to do well and i hope he turns the corner and gets us winning. Weather that will happen is the big question and at moment it doesnt look likely. I dont like to get at him too much because i know he loves the club and only wants us to do well but maybe he is better off going back upstairs and letting a new man in with fresh ideas and is desperate to do well. Something needs to change soon bcause we have sum hard games coming up in the next few months and we are letting games slip away in which we should be getting 3 points from, ie last night. Still think we are crying out for a new midfielder and we really lack place up top, take that chance Behan had when he was sent through, had the been a player like Joel he would have been away and probably scored. Joel has not been replaced with a like for like type player, the strikers brought in are more robust and dont run with the ball. Hopefully this gets sorted out!

It would have been impossible to replace Joel like for like, we'd of had to spend about 500k, and i dont know many players in the lower leagues as good as him to be honest.
