I think that my mam raided the Pools shop this year. I got socks, slippers, a dressing gown, calender and official Pools confectionary, basically it was a bag of chocolate limes with a Pools sticker on the front  .

Crapest present was the usual Lynx toileteries from my auntie

One of those things that has a head drawn on it but instead of an outline of the face there is a sort of link chain that you shake and see how it moves, thus constructing your own face. Total pointless bollocks. You either end up with a nose like pinochio or a face that looks like its been chasing parked cars. And neither are amusing.
Plus a CDx3 entitled Legends of Decades, 60s 70s and 80s.
Included The Drifters, Glen Campbell, The Three Degrees, Tpau (ooh good), Howard Jones, Sister Sledge and Odyssey.
And what did I say to the Mother in Law (who bought both presents?)
"I'm sorry but this CD is actually a load of shite, real shite..the shitest form of shite"
No
"Ah thanks. There's quite a lot of songs on there I havent got already actually"
