I'm living in a temporary house for a few months so I inform them I'm moving house on the 4th. I get to use it for 2 days before I move.

Then I get it's 15 days for them to switch. rage
Then get told it's 15 working days to switch. rage
Finally 24 days later, they switch it. rage

What a disgrace.

When I find somewhere permenant to live, I'm never using them again.

I keep seeing these offers; wanadoo, talk talk etc but I stick with BT. It might cost a little bit more but its reliable and they have direct control of the network if theres a problem - which there never is.
