How's the party going Comrade..

Top day. They sure know how to make a party.

Started with a 'don't fuck with us' military parade this morning. Great fireworks display in town tonight and a big pageant on the telly all evening finished off by the kids, singing and dancing.

At the end, all the Government big wigs came and danced and sang with the kids down in the square.

Very colourful and very poignant. Went for a big feast with the fambly and then for a few beers with the lads.

The Ambassador's ball was cool. Good food, Embassy staff very polite, happy and talkative and a giant screen showing the Beijing celebrations.

They're all off on vacation now to .... Yellowstone National Park. (I kid you not).

..what temperature was his other ball ....?
