Cheers Tree. I was wondering how he got on.

By that I mean, how he actually got on the bench without missing it.

LOL, by an amazing coincidence, we actually discussed his 13 minute performance last night. It was a gripping thread.

Here it is in all its glory especially for you...

Tommy Miller. He played for Pools many many years ago but made a brief cameo appearance last night for his new club Sheffield Wednesday. I cant beleive you did not have the game in your diary to watch! We all did.

I hadn't realised he played for Pools. Didn't he snuff it when his plane went down in the Channel in thick fog during the war? Or was that another Miller?

And as you said on the Miller thread

"your point is what"

"Right so every time an ex player makes an appearence should we have a thread?? Christ sake give your head a shake." This time the ex player didnt even PLAY

So you can post on ex players, but when other's do it a case of you having a go. Pot and kettle comes to mind.
