I agree. Rubbish food and overpriced. Much prefer a large parmo and chips anyday :sweet:

I have to agree it is not as good as Marco Polo's or the one near jacksons wharf where you have to go up all the stairs but i have had a few decent meals from joe rigs....

What do you lot think about indians? The only place in town I've ever had a decent one from is Dillshads........

Poppadom's (next door to Krimo's) is superb. It's difficult to believe that Indian food could taste so much better than anywhere else, as it does in there.

I have always liked Cafe India but have been wanting to try Poppadoms for a while now. I am not over keen on Spice 2000 though.

That is Portofinos Johnny, it is really nice in there as are Krimos other 2 restaurants on the Marina

I have been pleasantly suprised by gupta food since ram jam (our lass)started knocking up proper Indian food. The stuff she makes is far superior to the commercial orange rubbish they serve up to the drunken revellers down any high street.

I've got a restaurant in my hotel and the food is very nice. All Poolies welcome but no riff raff allowed.

Cafe India takes some beating

As for authenticity MrI - there used to be a place in the Boro called Kusumbah Tandoori(I think) was very popular with the Indian/Pakistani community, so must have been good! Alas it is no longer there
